Overview
As for the coursework, I was a member of the team consisting of four UX designers/researchers. Our client was Sezzle, one of the fastest growing Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) fin-tech company, who aims to draw more users, expand business, ultimately want to become #1 in the industry.
      
The primary goal for this project was to 1) evaluate and assess usability issues within the platform, and 2) suggest design proposals that allows users to experience seamless omni-channel when using the platform.  
      
Final Presentation
            During the process, our team conducted in-depth research throughout the semester and utilized diverse methods in order to evaluate & assess the usability of Sezzle.
